Davie Mayor Judy Paul and Vice Mayor Mike Crowley were among the many guests who attended the recent ribbon cutting ceremony at the Flashback Diner and Coffeehouse located at 4125 Davie Road, in Davie. The Town’s Community Redevelopment Agency Director Will Allen stated “This is a positive move in the right direction for the downtown area, and we are looking forward to many more new businesses opening here.” The new diner benefited from two CRA programs by receiving approximately $157,000. The diner will be open for business 24-hours a day.
Toula Amanna owner of the Flashback Diner and Coffeehouse provided lunch for everyone and was happy to hear the positive comments about how lovely the restaurant looked and how delicious the food tasted.
